“WHAT DO I NEED TO START?”

For digital planning, you will need an iPad or a tablet with a writing stylus. Also, you will need a note-taking app (like GoodNotes and etc.) in order to write in the planner. My planners were tested on the GoodNotes app, which is an app that I highly recommend.

“WHAT IS DIGITAL PLANNING?”

Digital planning is just like a traditional paper planning. The only difference is that it doesn't use paper and doesn't take up extra space. Digital planners are usually files in PDF format with hyperlinks that help you to navigate through the digital planner pages. Digital planners are imported into note- taking apps that allow you to make use of the built-in interactivity.

“HOW CAN THESE DIGITAL PLANNERS HELP ME WITH ADULTING?”

“CAN I USE YOUR PLANNERS ON IPHONE/MAC?”

My planners are designed to be best used with the iPad and Apple Pencil. Of course, you can still edit and view the file on your phone or Mac using a note- taking app, such as GoodNotes, but I suggest to stay with an iPad with a stylus for the full planning experience.

“WHAT APPS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR USING YOUR DIGITAL FILES?”

“CAN I USE THE PLANNER ON MY ANDROID DEVICE?”

All my digital planners are designed to be best used on any PDF friendly note-taking app. So if you have such app available to your device - there should be no problem! You can still use it by using an Android pdf friendly note-taking application such as GoodNotes.

“CAN I TRY OUT DIGITAL PLANNING BEFORE I BUY?”

“WILL THE PLANNER SYNC WITH GOOGLE CALENDAR OR OTHER CALENDAR APPS?”

No. All Planners are integrated with Apple Calendar, Reminders, and Google Calendar, making it easy to add events and tasks directly from your digital planner.

*Please Note: While this shortcut allows you to quickly send items to your calendars and reminders, it does not sync the planner with these apps.

”I SEE THAT THE DIGITAL PLANNERS YOU ARE SELLING ARE INTEGRATED WITH GOOGLE AND APPLE CALENDAR AND THE REMINDERS APP. DOES THIS INTEGRATION WORK ON MY ANDROID TABLET?”

No. This integration shortcut is only an iPad feature.

“HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE FILES THAT I PURCHASED?”

After order confirmation, you will receive all the purchased files to the email address provided when placing the order. So please make sure you use your correct email and that there are no typos. If you have any issues please email me at (adultyay@gmail.com).

”WHAT TO DO WHEN I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS?”

Such situations can happen. Usually, when the given e-mail address has errors or your e-mail box is full. Please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see the confirmation email please email me at (adultyay@gmail.com) so I can double check your order.

TROUBLESHOOTING

“HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE DOWNLOADED FILES?”

The ready to download file will be sent to the e-mail you provided during checkout. Please note that each file is zipped (.ZIP) and must be unpacked before use.

Also, after you place an order, we automatically create an account using your provided email address. You can then log into your account at any time through the personal Sign-In link sent to your inbox to download your file.

If you have any problems installing the file, please update your note-taking app through the App Store (iPad) or Play Store (Android Tablet), update your iPad or Android Tablet, restart your iPad or Android Tablet, then follow the video (included in the ‘Start Guide’ file when you make a purchase) steps all over again. ”HOW TO USE HYPERLINKS?/MY HYPERLINKS ARE NOT WORKING!”

If your links don't work, it's because hyperlinks in Goodnotes 5 works when READ ONLY MODE is on. To enter Read-Only mode, simply tap the Pen icon in the top right hand corner and both the Navigation Bar/Tool Bar will disappear.

“SOME LINKS NOT WORKING!”

Unfortunately, this is beyond my control. Very often when you upload your digital planner to your chosen note-taking app, the note-taking app operation depends on its feature. Therefore, try to update your apps regularly. Remember not to accidentally delete pages that contain hyperlinks and do not change the order of such pages. This may cause them to break and you will have to upload the whole planner once again.

“WHY IS MY PLANNER LAGGING?”

All AdultYay digital planners are created lag free. You should not experience a digital planner that lags, loads slowly, or has blank pages if you purchase from AdultYay. However, if you own multiple digital planners or house multiple files within your chosen note-taking app, this can run down the program, causing files to open slower and perform at half its rate.

Oftentimes, the note-taking app that you are using may need an update or a support ticket should be sent to the development team.

Adding a ton of stickers to your digital planner or any one page within the planner will increase loading times and lag regardless if the planner was created lag-free. Please be mindful of the amount of stickers you include in your digital planner(s).

“I FOUND A TYPO/HYPERLINK ERROR”

Despite many hours of checking all the pages and all hyperlinks in the planner, it may happen that I missed something. I will be grateful if you can let me know as soon as you notice something like this! Please email me at (adultyay@gmail.com).

SHIPPING

“WILL A PHYSICAL ITEM BE SHIPPED?”

No. These are digital files and do not require physical shipping. After confirming the order, you will receive a link to download all the files.

REFUNDS

“DO YOU ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS?”

No, digital files due to its nature cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Also, orders containing digital files can’t be cancelled.
